At Hermanitas Lakeswe do not offer a right of withdrawal.

Therefore, returns and refunds are not accepted, as each product is unique and limited edition.

⚒️ Legal guarantee for manufacturing defects

The warranty applies only in case of manufacturing defects, not due to use of the product.

To request a change due to a fault:

• 📅 You have one month from the date of purchase

• 📧 You must send an email to contacto@hermanitaslakes.clor write to us via Instagram

• 📷 Include photos or clear evidence of the problem

If the fault is confirmed:

• The customer must send the product to the address indicated by Hermanitas Lakes ( shipping to be paid)

• Once received, the product will be replaced within a period of up to 30 business days.

If the product has been used but has a defect, you have a 3-month warrantyfrom the date of purchase.

In this case:

• The client must contact us

• The product will be sent to our workshop for repair.

• The process takes up to 10 business daysand is free of charge.

• The customer must be responsible for shipping the product.

In the event that a refund is approved:

• ⏳ Once received, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 business days.

• You can exchange a product for another of equal valueat no cost.

• If you want a higher valueproduct, you will have to pay the difference.

• If you choose one of lower value, the difference in money will not be refunded.
